This 3 family residential renovation-addition was quite an interesting project. J A C was in charge of the demolition of this project and the renovation. During the demolition phase we encountered several structural hazards which we had to rectify in field. After numerous in field design changes, J A C was able to add the required floor beams, new foundations, columns and beams required to improve the structural integrity of the residence.
